C.C.Inc. Hospitality

Founded in the early 1990's, C.C. Inc. Hospitality's focus was on renovation projects with multi-family residences.  In the early 2000's, C.C. Inc. created a second division specializing in Hotel renovation and refurbishing projects.  C.C. Inc. Hospitality's level of expertise now ranges from relatively simple Property Improvement Plans ("PIP's") to complete overhaul and conversions of 1st generation properties.  Each project is carefully managed by the Company's President and owner, Mr. Eitan Oved.  With a clear vested interest in the Firm's growth and longevity, there is no detail too small that is ignored.  Imperfection is not tolerated as the referral business has become the backbone of C.C. Inc. Hospitality's continued growth.

Who We Are

 Eitan Oved, Owner: Eitan began his career as a custom cabinetmaker and finisher.  Through these early career activities, he developed his attitude for thoroughness and perfectionism which still pervades every project the Firm undertakes today. Eitan's hands-on attitude has contributed to an enviable reputation in an industry where the business of references and referrals can be "make or break". Eitan's business philosophy is that there is no project that is undertaken unless it ultimately contributes to the Firm's reputation.

Jack Oved, Owner: When it became clear that C.C. Inc. Hospitality's business was on a clear growth trend, Eitan needed to recruit his brother, Jack, into the business.  Jack's talents were built as a custom homebuilder and shopping center developer.  Jack's focus now is on making the life of each hotel manager as easy and worry-free as possible.  Jack now continues his efforts in the tradition first established by his brother, Eitan.
